I. Name
Hmoob Ntsis Tshiab or HNT
(Hmong Tip New = Hmong New Tim or Hmong New Generation)
II. Purposes
A. To provide arena for intellectual discussion
B. Discussion of issues concerning Hmongs
1. United States
2. Thailand
3. Laos
4. China
5. And else where (France, Canada, and etc...)
a. History
b. Culture
c. Religious
d. Current news or update information
e. Anything one would like to share
C. To provide communication/interaction among
undergraduates, graduates, and professionals, both Hmong and
others who are interested in the issues relating to Hmongs
1. International
2. National
3. States
4. Local
D. To unify the myriad voices of Hmong students into one force
E. Essentially, to create a political body of Hmong students in
all level of government forms
III. Membership will be opened to anyone with an electronic mail account
IV. Regulations
A. All submitted work must include the author's name,
school/occupation, and location of sender
B. Everyone must refrain from making peronal attacks. Debate
must not focus on the author but, rather, the idea itself
C. No perjorative use of profanity
D. No framing of the author nor the readers
E. Subscription to the HNT is a privelege not a right.
Continously abusive of HNT will be removed
V. Responsbilities
A. HNT takes no responsbilities regarding to what is submitted
B. All senders and writers are responsible for what they
submitted to HNT
C. Subscribers are responsible for deleting unwanted subscription
from their own personal email account
D. Senders and writers will bear all responsibilities for their
personal knowledge of United States and International copright laws
E. Subscribers are responsible to subscribe and un-subscribe to HNT
VI. Integrity
A. If member is to share his or her email to non-member(s),
please strive to give all sides of the debating of the issue
B. Member must pay attention to all interrelatedness of the issue
C. Member must not deliberately wrongful attack another member for
the group's attention
D. All members must post or share to HNT at one time or another
E. All MEMBERS MUST STRIVE TO PROTECT THE INTERGRITY OF
HMOOB NTSIS TSHIAB
